Beautiful Beardie, looks like hes growing and fillin out very well. I would like some more herps but Iguanas are just a hand full. Once hes tame and if funds permit I'm thinking about getting a Chinese Water Dragon.

Yes, it is a couple Mojaves. I'm also trying to sell a 2007 hatch male, for pretty cheap to free up some rack space.
Jungles are nice, but they haven't been proven genetic. I think Ralph Davis proved out a wild male, but very few have proved them out.

I have a pair of het. Pieds, the female is almost breeding size, and she will be ready to go next season, so I'm expecting them this time next year. Your snake was probably a Ringer, which is another hit and miss. Ralph Davis is also working on them to prove genetic, too. I tried buying his big adult female, that had white all around from him in 2006, but he didn't want to let go of her. She's nice too, White forms around the whole body, like a Pied, unlike a lot of Ringers. She also may be a wild Pied, but he's having trouble provng her out.
Nice man, I'd love to get that mojave off of you, but I am living in a dorm right now, and not to mention I am broke form school starting back up. You have some beautiful snakes though. Hopefully when I get a place of my own, I can start building up my collection, I've always loved snakes ever since I was a little kid. I actually used to want to be a herpetologist before I decided on being an art studio major.

i paid $50 for her as a baby.

shes only ~8 months , maybe 9 so shes not full grown yet. shell probably get a tad bigger but thats it. shes still on her 80% protien diet but she has been eating more greens. but ill admit , she is one of the nicest ones ive ever seen. and she had a mean parasite problem and the vet couldnt believe how great she looked for having so much shit. i just gave her the last dose of meds , then we go back in a month or so for another fecal.

Good looking snake. She could easily take a small pig, and that way she would only have to each a few times a year.
right now he takes an adult rabbit once a month. i get the rabbits at 10 bucks a pop. could getem cheaper bulk but i only needem once a month

Do snakes have personalities. Some of the simpler herps I've owned like anoles and house geckos didn't really seem to have much a personality, maybe a slight one. But with Iguanas and water dragons I definitely notice individual personalities. How about Snakes?

Snakes have no temperal lobe in the brain to have emotion, or personality, but they do know who you are.

I have snakes that will want to bite the shit out of you, and some when I hold them will just chill out and lay in your lap. My Iguana, just hangs out and lays like a dog on my floor.

Man this bringin back memories. I had two Bearded Dragons and they were hillarious chasing eachother around the cage. They were full of personality. Definitely were lazy ***** on a log or the window sill but they still had expression. My dad had a couple snakes (python and albino boa) but they were no where near as fun or interesting as my lizards. haha. Good times.
