Replacing OEM speakers with aftermarket on stock HU

I have dying 6.5" speakers in my car that i am deciding to replace with some Powerbass ones. If i just swap the speakers, will the OEM connection just fit onto the speaker? The powerbass speakers use sleeves, and i think the OEM ones have a clip of sort, but im not sure.

The oem plug won't fit. You'll have to find out which oem wire is + and - and tap into those using the supplied wire/connectors.

p.s. I think you can do better for $50
