Replace Stock Tweets

I have ID tweeters in my A-pillars. But I realized my stock ones sound like crappp. So should I replace them or just disconnect them. I was thinking some Dayton or Morel off of partsexpress to replace the stock ones. Do the stock one make a diff

Why didnt you just put your new ones in their place? Alot of manufacturers actually have the tweeters setup for good imaging in newer cars.

the stock ones are right by the windshield. i would probably have to make a new housing for them if i put them in the stock location. the stock tweeters screw into the grill.
