Removing Stock Unit

I just bought a JVC head unit to install in my 1994 Mazda 626. However, i haven't been able to remove the stock reciever/tape deck. I seems like its bolted to something at the back, and I can't get it out. Somebody help!!!

alot of radio's have this little metal brace that is bolted to the car and the rear of the h/u....its a good anti theft device....i once spent 3 hours trying to get a h/u out of my wife's care before i realized that was why it wouldnt come out....usually they use an allen head screew to hold them in place....good luck
