Will the quality of sub, or how much the sub move effect how the amp performs?I just installed an alpine pdx 1.1000 which is 1000 watts x 1 and it seems to be only sound and feel slightly better than, when I had it hooked up to the sub channel on my pdx-5, which was only rated at 422 watts according to the certificate. I have it hooked to 2x 12 inch xsites which are the stamped version, until I get a box for my alpine type r's. the box is the sealed angled type and the type r baskets, are to large.
