Umm... yes?

Your question is kind of vague. If you remove wood from the inside of your enclosure, you will free up airspace that was taken up by the wood. Will it be much? Probably not.

Exactly one big box with a divider that makes two chambers out of one box. i got limited space and need more cubic feet and this would be easiest while still being able to use my box thats half built

a 3/4"x12"x12" peice of wood is about .06 cuft so taking out the wood probably isnt gonna be worth it

well u can but then both of ur subs would be sharing the same airspace and im not sure if thats good on a sealed box
