Remote wire to two amps...

Im stumped on this one. How do I get remote wire to two amps? Can I fuse and run two separate runs of wire from the h/u?

No.. You just split it into two wires at the end of the wire. Or just add another wire into the remote going into one amp and then go into the other amp. I dont think you need to fuse it either.. No need to run two wires from the headunit..
