remote wire if no amp

dont have an amp right now, where do i connect the blue/white cable from the HU too?
Nothing at all. Make sure the end of that wire is secured in some fashion so that there is no chance of bare wires poking out of the end of it might brush against something metal behind your dash and create a short.

Do i just run a wire from the + battery terminal to the remote wire?
If you want to burn that circuit or potentially the whole deck up then you can ~ otherwise I wouldn't advise it. The remote wire on your head unit is an output. Current flows/doesn't flow from inside the deck along that wire to tell your amp(s) when to turn on/off. It generally won't take to kindly to a 12v hot wire being connected to it and sending direct current backwards along that wire into the unit via a circuit not designed for it.

That is what will happen
