Remote turn on wire

This is the wire breakdown for my truck. Do I hook the remote power wire for my amp up to the pink wire (Radio 12V) or the brown/red wire (Radio switch)? I was told to hook it up to the blue wire (ignition) at the ignition harness but I would rather use one of these if I can because I will be back behind my radio anyway.
