Remote turn on wire?

Where exactly is this supposed to be connected? Is there a place for it in the back of a head unit? Or does it tie into the stock wiring somewhere?

Should be on the head-unit's harness wiring. Should be Blue/White.

on my pioneer it's tied into the blue/white wire tie it into that.
