yea my range on my viper was badass at first now it doesnt work as far, really needs a straight shot to work the way they say it does

if you entend the antenna wire to a length of 38 inches iirc. you will pick up range.

also make sure your antenna (if you have one mounted on the windshield) is pointing the right way.

fm antennas: vertical

am antennas: horizontal

the difference between the two:

fm: short stubby

am: 2 long thin wires

dont think you can with thoes, its only with the wire antenna that comes out of the alarm brain. (usually non remote start alarm)

ok, i kust wish it was more consistent with range. My dad and i have great ideas for alarms but i dont know how to start a car alarm company, i think it would shut everyone down if we came out with the alarms that we have in mind

in the middle behingd the rear view mirror which isnt there anymore due to bass, and its located right under the factory blue tint
