Remote starter pricing

What would you consider a fair price for a two way remote start installed? The price would be with all parts and labor included.

The price would include interface modules, relays and labor without regard to vehicle type.

I'm not looking for a specific brand, just assume it would be a big name manufacturer.

What would be a tasty advertised flat price?

$200 for a 2-way, w/ bypasses and install? either must not make any money, sell off brands, or refurbished units.

Depends on the car. Typically for a 2-way r/s (not alarm) w/ bypass you're looking at the $300-$350 depending on the vehicles w install, the bypass (with not losing a key), and any other odds and ends.

Agreed. I would be very suspicious of someplace that offered that kind of deal. For $200 you're either getting junk equipment or lousy workmanship or both.
