A relative had one of those JVC Kameleon radios if I remember correctly, pretty sure I installed it but can't remember the exact model . It looked nearly identical. Was pretty cool.

I also wonder if I confused the Kameleon by JVC with the Panasonic Ghost screen. They both kind of were blank as the theft deterrent.

Not sure which one it was, but could have been the Panasonic the relative had. Was just thinking about that for some reason. Funny how it is hard to remember simple stuff like that after many years. At any rate, I remember both brands making similar hidden face radios.
