thats not interfering with police business, there was no business. Just a cop on the side of the road with a flat tire for all im concerned, how was he supposed to know the cop was radaring and was going to pull the guy over, he could have thought the oncoming car had their highbeams on, deer in road, could have been someone he knew. ect ect

After I read the title, and saw the picture, and read how it was long but funny, I thought this was your A-Team style way to get back at the cops. I thought you were gonna pull some road runner and coyote shit and spend a lot of time scheming to get back at them, and end up in jail...

Most laws/ordinances are even simpler than that regarding flashing.

Doesn't have to be interference. Most areas have a flashing policy that can be enforced by feet away from oncoming traffic. So he still could have received a ticket. In fact I wish he had, just because his story is lame.
