i kno there is a break in period for new L7s and other subs....but do you have to break in facotry remanufactured subs? cause they have been played before.....

depends on what the replaced..... couldnt hurt though. id break it in to be on the safe side

I dont think subs need to be broken in. I have run mine hard from the second they were installed. But if you are patient enough to take the time at half power, it wont hurt.

It is recommended with many because the suspension starts off very stiff and if you try to make some subs throw 1.5" right off the bat with an extremely stiff suspension, its likely that somethin is gonna break, so I would recommend it if your gonna be playing anything hard fresh out of the box.
