I need to have 4 speakers installed (a pair of 3-way 6x9s and a pair of 2-way 6-3/4s) along with two runs of 4 gauge for two amps (as well as all the wiring for both amps, a 4 channel and a mono block). I'll have the speakers, rcas, amp (I'll only have one amp at the time) and 4 gauge along with the terminals and inline fuses. It's cheaper to run 4 gauge rather than 0/1 to a distribution block for me.

Also, can stock electrical handle two amps, a 4 channel at 640w and the mono at 1100? Should I throw in for big 3 also?

You're not going to know until you test with a meter. Typically even carpeting a box as opposed to painting is going to lose a few tenths.
