regular computer VS custom buit...

core duo is good for regular computer speed but amd dual core is far better for hardcore gaming IMO plus amd just had those price drops so you can get a good dual core for cheap hence amd dual core>core duo

i only agree with the "AMD being the best (for gaming)" , other than that spelling > joo

ohh HEELLL NAH! I always build my own systems U spend less money for what u get-- If you are a gamer build you own- get a nice mother brand name board like DFI,Asus,Gigabyte and get , brand name memory like corsair ,kingston, mushkin, patriot, corsair etc brand name CD burner etc. if your are a Noob and dont know anything aboutT COMPUTERS just get a DEll,HP.

And yes AMD is best for the money right now specially if you Game or want a multimedia PC. if you are an offfice kinda person and use MS office a lot or use Photoshop kinda of programs go Intel

TOTAL- $721.93(sorry if some of the stuff is wrong i looked kinda quick and im tired as hell)

this computer is a decent start off it allows you to do many upgrades later on some stuff can be tweaked like what you wnat more of but its a good comp for 700 //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/naughty.gif.94359f346c0f1259df8038d60b41863e.gif

Prebuilts also come loaded up with a bunch of software im sure you dont care for either. Since you've done a built before, several times in fact id just go with building your own.

That way you put into it what you want, plus you know what is, and is not loaded into the the comp.

When computers used to cost 2000+ for everything I built my own 286, 386, 486DX2, Pentium 1 and 2 and it was always cheaper for me going that way. About 5 years ago I just started buying the cheaper computers I could find from Dell because all I really need is a basic computer so I buy whatever I can get for

Also if you get a PC with OEM Windows just format that ***** and install an illegal version again so you don't get stuck with all the shit Dell, Gateway, Compaq integrate into it.. legal licenses are overated //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
