reg cab porting

i have a reg cab ford ranger with 1 ma audio 120xe i would like to go ported but is it posible with my little truck?

right know i have a sealed box it is 14" tall 28" long 5" at the top and 8 1/2" wide at the bottom i want it to be louder and i heard that porting would make it louder but i also heard its not good to port truck box.

thats only 1 cubic foot, you need more airspace to port it.

2 cubes would be good.

it would be hard as crap to make a tuned port in that kind of box though. ports have to be a fixed volume, and to get that exact volume would be difficult in such a tight box.
