redesigning box.

looking to rebuild/ improve upon my current box.

was limited to my tools before so 45s were out of the question. had to be straight simple cuts. now have access to a larger range of tools, and would like to make improvements. any suggestions?

3/4 mdf. double baffled. 2.52 sealed 5 ported to 59 Hz for 2 15 inch evo based subs built by ssacket. 1500 rms. will be fed 4k from sub in sig. port is centered just as pictured.

18 tall

27 deep

38 wide

port is 16.5x8 10 inches long.

looking to build a spl oriented box. with same max dimensions... maybe 1/2 in give in width or depth....

dont know much about bandpasses but when it comes to adding to boxes your taking away volume, prolly after you do some 45's you may bring 2.5 down to 2 or lower, an 5 down to 4.8 or maybe lower.
