and that is the stuff i was going to get scott from fi even told me to just use 5 or 10 min 2 part epoxy

 
Epoxy works great... fixed a few spider landing with that stuff 3-4 years ago and haven't heard back about them failing so presumably it held //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

 
weeelll i dont think the epoxy was mixed fully in some spots on the surround landing because its not holding in all spots but the spider seems to be holding strong

 
I use the same epoxy that you tryed and it does work great.This is that jig i told you about that i made to do all the re,fi and similar subs.I do enough that it was worth making.The rim is the frame from a sewing rig from a fabric store for like a $1.That's the only real part you need to get a even press and layout.
