Recommendation for a HU

I recently bought a Matrix and the stock system just don't cut it.

Any suggestions on a head unit that has a decent internal amp, plays mp3s and has an aux input or usb port? Also something that is still usable in sunlight.

I'm not looking to spend a fortune will also consider used somewhere in the $150-200 range. I would be changing the stock speakers out to a couple pairs of 6.5 coaxs as well so the deck should be able to run 4 6.5 coaxs fairly well.
