Recomended Amp for 2 18W3D2's

I just recently became the proud owner of 2 Brand new JL Audio 18w3 D2’s. 2 Quick Questions, what amp should I buy to run these bad boys? I am looking to spend under 500 for an amp. And how much can they take, they say 500 watts, but come on, its JL Audio and a 500 watt 18 inch sub is got to be super underrated.

i personally would go with the diamond 1500.1, the orion, or the soundstream 2000d. I think the diamond is your best choice because its very very well built and gives you plenty of head room.

i'd get something that does around 1200x1 @ 2 ohm for those subs.
