recieved a sub think its $#%^ed up

I need some help. I just recieved this id max v3 d4 and when I was looking at it I noticed something. I wll explain this the best i can. the lugs where the wire goes into the sub is unhooked or cut or something. so that cancels out the dvc right? I sthere any way i can fix this . Please help me because I am pretty pissed . I s there a way I can solder it or something but not hurt the sub any more than what it is? HELP PLEASE. Thanks alot.

why are you gonna fix something you received ****ed up? return it.

did you receive it in the mail? If you did and *IF* one of the tensil lead wires are severed from the v/c find out if you (shipper) had insurance.

My fingers are crossed as I just shipped a sub that got *completely* fuked up by usps.

i bought the sub from some guy on ebay and he said that it was in perfect working order. it is the negative tinsil lead. so can I solder it or something? thanks
