People have run the ZX1500.1 at 1 ohm, but it is technically not a 1 ohm stable amp. Those FI subs are dual 1 or 2 ohm

so he just makes sure he gets the dual 1ohm and runs the amp at 2ohm. nothing wrong there.

edit: nvm, now i see why you posted that. but to the op, if getting that amp just make sure you get the dual 1ohm sub.

I got my Fi Q 15 in a 4.2cuft box @ 30Hz, had it in a 2.6cuft sealed and it was pretty loud for being sealed. Go ahead and go ported though.
