Rearview mirror gonna fall off!!!

I NEED a way to get my rearview mirror to stop f'n shaking. I am gonna get some sound deadening eventually, but does anyone know of any quick solutions on how I could make the madness stop?

take it off and buy a new billet one from ebay. they usually dont shake near as bad from what ive heard.

lol...Well I suggest you don't follow any 2002 Monte Carlo's too closely for a couple of days.

The shaking doesn't bother me that much, it is the rattling noise it lets off that really makes me wanna punch an infant.
