If your talking about the metal mounting bracket to the windshield, they make a special kit for that. But if what your talking about is the mirror falling off the bracket then keep trying different glues or perhaps you can find a different mirror with a better bracket. I know on my vic that the bracket is wedge shaped so no amount of vibration brings it down.

WHY?
Get some loctite super glue. Either 401 or 495 (401 is better imo). It's a little spendy but I've used on a couple of vehicles and never had another problem.
where can you get loctite super glue at, normal stores like walmart and stuff? i really need sumthing for mine

JB Weld or Magnum steel perhaps, both are an A+B mixes but would mostlikely do the job.

WHY?
I don't think walmart or the likes would have it. Industrial tool suppliers and a couple of bearing shops around here carry it.

You have to make sure the glass is super clean. Any impurity on the glass will mess up the bond.
Another suggestion I have seen before is etching the glass a little bit to give the adhesive somewhere to catch.

The only mirror glue ive seen has a cleaner and a glue that doesnt get mixed. Has yet to fail me
