Rear batt voltage difference

So a shop install my current setup. Has a kinetic 800 in the rear. I have the big 3 up front and my voltage reads a stable 14.55. The rear battery reads in the mid 13s. I have 0 guage going from the front to the rear battery but from there its mid 13s. Any clue whats going on? I'm starting to think that batt might not hold a 14.4v charge.
