Really confused HELP!!

One moment my sub is working fine I shut my truck off to pump gas but when I get back in my sub is really quite and you can hardly hear it I checked all my connections and fuses but everything seems to be fine can anyone tell me what it could possibly be?

No i installed everything in January

Oh ok well this may be a stupid question but where and how would I test the connections?

if you don't have one, i'd start by removing the ground wire and re-sand ground spot to a shine. see if that fixes it.

I'll try that but I do have one

at the power and remote wires for a 12 volt signal and use the ground point as ground for the dmm , also make sure the ground is sanded and tight ,i see alot of new guys use a seat belt bolt as a ground point and 9/10 times it dont work well.

So I used the dmm and I got 13 for both and my ground is on a clean surface ad bolted down tight

did you check the voltage at the remote wire with the deck ,also did you check at the amps for the voltage

sounds like a pre-out/ rca problem, or your amp is toast.

I just checked the wire that runs to my battery and the smaller wire that runs to my radio
