I bought these off HeatSeeker this last week from here, pictures on post #5:

.....and sure enough a few days later I come across a local deal for some JL 8w1's and a PPI art ax400 that I couldnt pass up. As much as I've dreamed of using these mids since they came out in 2005, I need 4 ohm mids now and the 8's are going in. So these will need a new loving home. I'm just looking to get back what I have invested in them.

They are the 2 ohm XBL^2 versions. Better than the new neo motor ones from the reviews I've read. These have AMAZING midbass as well as exceptionally good upper midrange. Even if you're running a 2 way setup, these will hit every note with authority and clarity. It's a shame I won't be using them, but I have an itch to put 8's in my doors lol.

125 shipped and they have a new home. assuming they are 6.5" since Im not aware of 5" XXX mids. Would probably pair nicely with my 05 XXX 15...

they would be worth 155 to me if a brand new pair of hertz hi-energy components with tweeters and crossovers werent only 25$ more. Oh well I was hoping to pick up a good pair of mids for a good price. Anyways GLWS shouldnt be hard to sell old xxx mids....I want em bad but not bad enough

What if i wanted to buy them,but i wanted to see what kind of condition their in and also for a peice of mind. I wouldn't have said anything if i wasn't interested. There have been people that have been here a long time scamming just because it's easy to do here,also the sending money as a gift thing is not safe.

Nothing is safe online, this guy has a reputation to uphold around here and hes not gonna blow it for 150$ hes also gonna keep the people that buy from him happy so he keeps his good seller rep. Hes not gonna sell crap. I may not post alot but I see a lot of the posts around here and when somebody spends as much time on here as the OP does Im not even going to question him when he says Ive got "blank" to sell for X$ unless he specifically mentions a problem with it

Please question the right people and leave the good guys alone
