SX or L7? If you're going with teh L7 why not factor in the CVX as well? ITs a circular version of the L7, so then its SX or CVX, lol.

so you're denying the fact that SX's sound have more quality sound than l7's when both are in ideal conditions? and your also denying that L7's have been proven to get loud in SPL setups?

I love my L7. It's a beast, and I'm running my zx1500.1 on it with no problems at all. Got with a 3+ cf ported box tuned to the mid 30's and you'll be happy.

but, I dont have any experience with the SX.., but the L7 does get loud. I have it on half gain, half boost. Louder than my friends Xplod 12, and i think SQ is better too, but then his is in a prefab bandpass.

EITHER can get loud, or have SQ depending on INSTALL...why people can't figure that out is beyond me. But comparing woofer to woofer, it's the common thing to say "what i have heard" over actual testing. People don't want to test anymore. they want to come on a website, get info from somebody they have NEVER met, nor ever will, and assume it as gospel. But those they just took advice from, probably NEVER tested them either, they heard it last week....it's a vicious circle.
People, SQ is a SQ system, SPL, is a SPL system. have 3000 watts adn a 6 cu ft box, YOU ARE NOT LOOKING FOR SQ.

then you have to factor in, what sounds good to me, may not to you...so who's right and who's wrong? On the internet, it's always the other guy.....right?

I have an L7 in right now, i had an HC (the SX's older brother). I'd probably take the SX, but its a CLOSE race

oh okay, your right. I'll go down to walmart, get a couple of those $20 subs, and see how they compare....

Although you are correct in that its in the build, the driver does make a difference. I know that 99.9% of a car stereo is not the equipment, but your missing my point.

I reccomend the SX, im done playing grab *** lol

get some of each, and do ur own comparison, whichever u want, sell the other.
