RE SX vs JL 13w7

and I loooove how people dont explain why they would rather take one sub or another.
I would take any. It's easy to get loud with any sub. I'm pretty sure PR fiesta has a bunch of 30 dollar subs in his fiesta and he's at 150. (if you see this call me! I still havent heard it..)

ill explain mine. i had a 12w7, imo, it wasnt shit. its over rated, and its all hype.

i had 2 12 inch w3v3s, and my new ses murder the w7 i had and the w3s.

so my explanation, res louder, and price, cant beat it

with three pair of different tweeters in your frontstage, i think the sx will fit your needs a little more.

no use for a sq sub there

I believe the SX has a higher sensitivity and is more ported box friendly, so the SX would probably be easier to get loud with. I've seen some locals with a SX or two throw up some good numbers, low to mid 150's outlaw.

I have 2 re audio sx 15's (2008 model) and they are badass. I HIT 145.7 Dbs in modified 1001-2000 (2nd place), and 143.6 Dbs in Streebeat 3 (1st place) in USACI competition at Team Extreme in phoenix,az on 8/9/09. http://www.caraudioevents.com jl audio subs are more for sealed boxes and sound quality than being loud, in my opinon... Resonant Engineering sx 15's all day long.

the NT powers were a gift from my boy cause i needed some and i saw "SPLaudio" was selling his ks13's with crossovers so i got them. the ks13's are actually being run off of the rear outs, i just mouted them up front above the nt powers. anybody with a ranger can see whear i mounted them, i put them whear the trim pannel screws are.
