RE SX vs. DC level 4

tough choice indeed ...... i keep getting mixed reviews off both, some say one is better some say the other. Guess i'll just have to buy both and find out

RE's warranty repairs and tech support has gone to shit after the US Amps buyout. I advise staying away from RE.. I know I will from now on. Sent back a tweeter for warranty replacement in December, they still have not even looked at it.

Yeah, I've spoken with Rusty a few times about product, general car audio information, and things of that nature and he always responded promptly and professionally.

One of the benefits of direct. Since RE is now only through their dealer network, I don't even get to talk to them, or ship directly to them. Has to be shipped from a shop if I even want them to look at it apparently. Personally, I think it's ridiculous that I've been waiting over 2 months for them to just LOOK at a tweeter. They've definitely lost a customer on my behalf. I won't be purchasing things from them expecting warranty at all. It's not just my tweeter they have by the way, in the same shipment the shop sent out 3 of their very high end amps as well. RE/US Amps has not taken a look at anything yet.

It's a nightmare. I'm sure Rusty can provide better CS, even if he doesn't provide much at all it would still be better then RE's from my experience.

yeah i've already got a price quote and a few questions answered from Rusty, he responded very quickly and seemed like a pretty good guy
