RE SX sound quality?

I've never heard one, but how's the sound quality on it? Is it more of an SPL woofer, or an SQL?

got 2.. SQL i would say.. definately loud and better SQ than anything I have heard local

sx's sound bad, there just not a good sounding driver, ive heard my share and i dont really care for them at all. The level 4 dc audio sub is similar to a sx in loudness, but sounds alot better

So I'd be better off with say an SSA Icon or used Mag?

If you want to get loud and sound good, go w/ the 15" Mag. Icon does sound good but has a low amount of output. Consider the DC level 4 on your list. Supposedly a very solid woofer.

mag's dont have near the build quality of sx's,and sx's sound good,i dont no where some of you get yalls info,i guess from the bathroom wall or something.lol

RD sonance is not really a primarily-SQ driver, it is a Low-Hz driver.

However, the Elite SQ is more in that ballpark.
