RE subs ??

are RE subwoofers still good subs? I'm a little late to the game and I remember a few years back they were the subs to run. opinions? what do they cost and where can I get some?

How do you like them SE's. Just picked up 8 and was worried about the output. Are they starving or is the nine.1 sufficient for power.

Great Subs, and the SE's are reasonable way to get loud now.

I have never heard them personally, so I won't comment on the sound, or quality of the subs. But from what I can see, RE is a little over priced now. I am not saying that it is not worth the cost, but you have to have a pretty fat wallet to purchase their products, unless you purchase used, which is the way to go!

I had 4 RE SX 15's and they were loud but did not sound all that great.

the RE_SE are way cheaper then what they use to be, I had one burnt the tinsel leed.

Ya, ite True, had a buddy buy some new ones last week for $125 shipped for 12's. Smoking deal on a 3" coil sub with a warranty!

thanks for the comments fellas. I guess I was misinformed, but I thought that they compared very well to the JL Audio stuff?
