Re Mx .VS. DD 9500

good business practice.
i know if a customer comes in our store being pricky, we are told, and taught to continue to be polite and courteous.

either way, ive never been a dick to him.
If a customer comes up to you in the supermarket, when you're not working, and gives you shit, you gonna be courteous?

What do you mean? It is very apparent that the bad talk about RE lately has been because of them not selling direct and the suppossed rising of cost directly related to that, not their customer service. Sure there were a few complaints about CS before, but up until about 6 weeks ago RE was looked at as one of the best companies discussed on this board. What happend 6 weeks ago to change that?

Exactly, so somthing else musta happend in the last month or so to put everyone on the RE hatetrain. If it is all about customer service then the change of ownership would be a good thing, right?

I definately think it will help their CS, but will the price hike justify it....too soon to tell.

Dealer pricing was raised 10%. I dont see how that can turn everyone against a company that was very highky praised before the hike. Compare there prices to some other brand name subs and they still look very attractive, as long as you dont dwell on the MSRP. MSRP is a joke anyway, call up Kicker and let them qoute you some MSRP. 1299 for a Solox12, 549 for a 15l7. Wow.

i know jassa from DD gets on termpro forum and he doesnt go around being a dick to people no matter what they say about him or DD. unlike immature david who will call on the re bandwagon wich doesnt exist anymore to try to back him up. i renember recently some guy saying **** RE for charging him for something he didnt order and david gets on and tells him to stfu and he wasnt fixing shit anymore and sending back his sub. i know one time DD sent me a sub with the wrong impedance and i was talking shit but jassa or anyone from DD didnt get on their and started talking shit. jassa actually offered to fix it for free since it was his fault. we all are human and sometimes will disagree with someone. but if you want to stay in bussines for a long time your not gonna be an asshat and respond to immature customers with the same attitude. your gonna want to fix things.

it depends on the person...theres a couple of people who really bother me and no matter what they tell me or try to talk to me they always seem to get on my nervers...with my expierence with David he's been a cool guy and hes the president of the company and not the owner....

Dealer pricing of SXs are still lower than dealer pricing of comparable size L7s. And there have been many a thread debating sx vs l7 were the sx had the win(even though I think it could go either way depending on the app).

 
You could also look into the AudioQue HD3, its similar to the 9500...just throwing it out there. You guys can continue arguing now
thats the way i feel. not about the the sub, but come on guys enough is enough lets for once just throw out some advice, and experiance, instead of all the argueing thats been going around lately. this is a forum to help people and share experiances, not to argue with one another. maybe the creater of this forum should make another posting place for people that want to argue, land call it the pits, like on neons.org. it keeps MOST of the people who argue amungst themselves busy, while people who want to actually learn something, or give advice a chance to actually do it.

Your absolulty right, we need someone to chime in that has actually heard a MX. I havnt, but I would love a good review.
