dont see why it was so funny //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif
If you've ever used an MT you'd understand why it was funny - and it is. lol //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

1 mt 15 > 2 zapco 9.0s running wide open on it...//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif Yes REAL time 4kwrms to that beeeyoch. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

I have a feeling he didn't see anywhere nearly 40kw.... probably not even 15kw
I've personally measured one of those amps in his van doing 6800 watts at 5.88 ohms (200 volts and 34 amps)

Now..considering you cannot strap the crowns...

That would be 13.6kw (2 amps...1 per coil)

Which is more then enough to turn any sub inside out when running free air

Nick the origional poster said something that he didnt use the van? Quad MT or just a dual?

Then state your source or zip it...//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

well if it's that van that's been posted no... no 40kw at all

4 JBL6000 will get you at most 24-28kw not 40kw

only 10 12v batts will get you maybe 10kw even in a burp, off such amps I'd guess

I'd have to see the clamps of course... but even with those monster JBL's you're talking about a current draw of thousands of amps for one second

actually you're talking about needing 5000-6000 amps @ a sustained 12V without dropping to produce such power

most 30-40 battery cars + tons of amps can't even sustain 15kw for burps... I find 40kw hard to believe... and destroying an MT in a burp isn't extremely difficult

6800w in a van is way easier to achieve than 40,000w

and even with a quad you won't see it... not with only 10 batts... even if that 27kw was possible from the amps

you're a bastage... for some reason when im on our commercial jobsites i tend to stay atleast 25 feet away from large breakers. call it a phobia

it's certainly nothing to play around with... but always fun //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

a few months ago one of our stupid subcontractors built a wall in the competly wrong ****ing spot. i was baffled at how you make a mistake like that (its happened before though)... lucky for him there were no breakers near. one of the only times in my life my jaw has just dropped in amazment of sheer stupidity.... i couldn't even be mad i was in soo much shock

You sir do not know these batteries very well.

Hate to break it to you but with those 10 batteries there is no voltage drop (only .2 volt)

That's 6800 watts PER amplifier.

Don't doubt me, you did last time and it got yourself a busted lip.
