RE MT, Which amp to use??

just jump it right to your head unit, via the speaker outputs. that oughta do it eh? ha. not really but from what i have heard, those suckers can take almost any amount of power. i would say at least 1,000 to get it to budge though. what's the specs on that amp?

Its good for 2000RMS at 1 ohm.. Mine actually puts out 2190 at 1 ohm...

Give ya ten bucks and a six pack.. after buying all this gear im kinda almost to my limit.. only have about another 3 grand for the rest of the system and i keep changin my mind on wha i want to due so i keep buyin diff subs and amps but dont want to sell wha i got cause is sooooo pretty.....//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif

IMO. youll want at least 2.5kw to get this thing bumping to near its full potential. 4kw to get its every last full potential, but you can still be happy with the output of 2.5-3kw.

best bet is a kx 2500.1. with a semi stock electrical itll run 1 ohm all day. and if you have a better electrical, itll only help more. they're VERY efficent, and are powerhouses. i'm on my 2nd kx 2500.1 so far.

the rockford amps are also veyr underrated and very good at what they do. that t2000 is a good choice.

lastly, if you have the money AND a solid electrical, get a crunch gp-3000d pro. they put all bad crunch rep to shame and are simply the best cost effective amp you can get right now. reliable and fairly efficent. you'll get a good 3.5kw off a solid electrical with that amp @ 1ohm. make sure it's the pro and not any other series. the gp3000d pro IMO would work best for you if you have the electrical to support it
