It can only do L shaped or straight ports though, but you can still use it to calculate port length and area and just create the cutsheets yourself if you plan on making something that isn't in the parameters in that calculator.

What do you mean exactly? You can type in the wood thickness to whatever value you want. You sure you entered the number you were looking for into the correct field?

I dunno I just read that somewhere.. I think it said .71 instead of .75 for 3/4 and so on.

I used it for my box and my bass is quite impressive. It hits hard when I listen to rock and it hits low when I play hip hop/rap. Just my opinion!

If you're willing to create your own dimensions and design the box, use the program WinISD Pro.

I wanted an L-port and Re is the best program that I could find. If you want a round port, the the winisd calc works. Go to http://www.bcae1.com for lots of info. Its a great website.

I made a post regarding this a few days ago, sigh. WinISD Pro is very capable of slot port calculations too!

I will have to check it out again. I built my box 9 months ago and I didn't see that I could make a slot port box using winisd.
