That is a very, very nice looking box. I prefer the no screw look and I can't stand visible glue on the exterior but that is just me being anal.

If you don't mind me asking, how did you create the flared port? It is bad ***.

one more thing i would have done on this box is counter sink the screws and then fill the hole.
