See the thing is guys, RE has more or less proved themselves. So I would think they are now sort of full of themselves(they should be lol.). So a couple upset people here and there is not going to bother them.

You can not please 100% of your customers. Even when it comes to answering phone calls and emails. People will be people, so people are naturally going to ***** and complain when they do not get thier way.

I recently sent an email with a release question to casio. No responce. Yet I do not feal the need to go on the casio forums and start a hissiy fit. I just go on with my life. And I will probably still purchase the product. If it is a good product one missed email will not effect the products quality.

Most companies will have to deal with more than one annoying customer. I was simply saying that if you refused to respond to every annoying customer, you would not do too well.
