I wanna say the sx had a 7.75" motor no? I owned a sx 18 and a xxx18. But that was over 10 years ago. Lol

Plan on changing a lot, probably mount the amps to the back of the seats, and drill holes where the wires meet up and run the wires into the seat (has 1/8" or so sheet metal on back of seats), Just was lazy and set it up this way for now lol.

Front stage needs upgraded next, def some door pods and way better front stage amp lol, then alt/2nd battery, 1/0 wire, and finally either a 2nd SE 15" and a 1500-2kw amp

For the amount I have into it so far, I'm doing good lol. Loud as hell in this little hatch back! Can't wait to upgrade front stage so I don't sound like every idiot out there with lots of power to a set of subs haha

back when I was looking at RE audio and drooling over the XXX18", 10 years ago, lol.... Finding this thing for $40 I said SOLD! lol

**** man I think I paid like 350 for my xxx. It wasn't to high. I liked the sx. I heard the session and built a couple boxes for um.

Yea get you a nice clean amp and some decent fronts! **** the RE xxx comps are pretty decent.

Good luck finding another original SE.....those 12 spoke type subs are getting harder to find.

Yeah, I may just end up purchasing a 1500-2kw rms 15" in the future to run instead of this. I'd def need to glass my spare tire well and corners of my hatch to get more displacement. I'd love to run a single 18" at 2kw, but finding 8+ cubes of space in my hatch area might be hard lol

The only subs that I have used that I liked more than my re se's, was my tc 2000 12s. Recently snagged an re (psi) mt 15 d2, just beastly. Liking the blue op.

May wanna look on ebay or even Craigslist for some SE's. Otherwise, you'll be hunting forever.
