RE Audio SR Question

Got a question on the SR. I've got a Kicker ZX300.1 with 300 rms @ 2 ohms. Is that going to be enough power to run this sub or should I go to the RE10?

Also, on T/S parameters, is it the general rule that if it has a lower Q it's punchier and a high Q is boomier, or what?
