re audio se/x 15" break in????

Some amp "bass knobs" simply control the Bass Boost, not the gain. Personally, I'll use the knob if it is a remote gain knob. If it is a bass boost knob, I scrap it.

 
makes sense. but i want to no why its bad to others...
im guessing when they hear bass knob they are thinking of a bass boost knob, not a remote gain knob. the remote gain knob will only adjust your gain in the range that it is set on the amp, so if you have your gain set properly, using a remote gain knob wont harm anything.
