RE 12.1 VS ED nine.1

and the Ed amp looks identical to an Avionixx amp.

pretty much... all these products are so cookie cutter... they all have a

bastard twin...

if you buy an amp for its looks your fuct in the head anyways...

9.1 is cheaper, has a longer warranty, has a good track record, puts

out its rated power easily....

its a no fvcking brainer!!!

so get the eD.

i'd never again give money to Ed based upon being ripped out of 150 bucks then yelled at by someone who isn't all there. besides's the 12.1 will more than likely do closer to 1500-1600 as well as being 1/2 ohm stable, again like the 9.1 though.

i have yet to be dissatisfied with an eD product or representative maybe

thats just me, but i think there are others around here who have had

only positve experiences with eD... just like there are some of us who

are happy with RE or have been pissed of at RE...

either way... remember that that extra few hundred watts that the

RE amp *might* put out isnt free...

does anyone even have this RE amp?

lol true on many points and i don't even know if it's out yet. besides, my amp will do almost doulbe the power of either of those amps so i win:D.

the 12.1 is out and ready to ship. The 4 channel will not be out till late October. BTW this amp will be pushing a 15" avalanche if that matters at all.

they are almost identical performance wise.

but because eD has a 3 year warranty and for a price of only $300 (current sale via $50 coupon code), i give the edge to eD.

by the way, i have never came across a post where one was dissapointed with this amp.

Yea i will be getting it for 315.00 though since i want 10% off of my 4 ch. too. Comes out like 10 dollars cheaper. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/veryhappy.gif.fec4fed33b4a1279cf10bdd45a039dae.gif ... I think I will go ED.

The orion HCCA amps are rated at 10 volts. Says so in the manuals at least
THAT's what it was. Jntar and I were talking about it yesterday. I need a new amp and we were discussing ratings. I confused his orion ratings with what I'd read on eD. I didn't THINK I was crazy, I knew someone rated their amps @ 10 volts, just got the company swapped.

later,
