The RE 12.1 was bench tested to to 1489 RMS at 14.4v. The RE 12.1 makes that other amp look like your dogs hairy balls coughed up outta your momma's mouth.

I see what you mean, but i dont think that when boards look IDENTICAL it can be compared to companies using the same 12 spoke basket...

the 12.1 will do 1400w reactive, so its a strong amp regardless...looks nearly identicle to the tsunami 1100d aswell.

The old school Phoenix Gold MS-2125 and MPS-2500 shared the same board, too. So did the MS-275 and the MPS-2240. They were nowhere near the same amps.
