The alpha is a different driver than the btl designed to do 2 complete different things...

If ur looking for a SQL setup the Alphas are what ur looking for

SPL.... then the BTL is the driver of choice..

the revolution design and sundown 3250/3000 are very similar amps in design... they both do well over rated power..as for the 40.1 i heard a few problems with them but i don't think its nothing major... few people heard the new v2 alphas but the people who have heard them love them as they are solid woofers...
