how many 6" aero's do i use for my 15" Alpha.

alil info to help maybe.

box is 3.96cu ft before aero's displacement

will be throwing a SAE-1200d @ 1ohm at it.

considering the fact that Steve recommends 9-10^2 of port area for those subs I'd use a single 6" aero...

yeh one should be fine

Just one is fine. I'd start with it at full length, you will probably like it at that low tuning unless you wan't a higher peak freq.
