RCAs for hooking up amps

New here and I know this will be a very basic question to some, but not so to me. I just bought an Audiobahn two-channel amp and a wiring kit. The wiring kit contains RCA cables, yet the salesman is telling me I need to spend another $40-$50 bucks on another set of RCA cables. What gives? I've looked at diagrams on the internet and don't see why I need this, can anyone give me the straight scoop?

Thanks. Not sure if he wanted me to use them in place of the included cables or not, assuming he just wanted to sell more cables. The kit I got has cables rated up to 1400 watts max (700rms) ... my amp will be bridged at 200rms so this should be fine right? Just wanted to have wires already in place in case I decide to upgrade later on. Thanks in advance for helping me with these seemingly basic questions to you experts //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

That amp kit should be fine for you kenstewart, always better to go bigger than needed incase of an upgrade...

I have used cheap cables and tricked out cablesnever saw a dam difference in SQ
That's odd. I would expect you to see a difference, probably won't hear one though //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
