RCA Adapter working with amplifier?

I have a Pioneer DEH-X3500UI (DEH-X3500UI - CD Receiver with MIXTRAX™, USB Control for iPod®/iPhone®, and Pandora® Ready | Pioneer Electronics USA), which has 2 RCA outputs. I am currently using one of those for my Subwoofer amp input. I want to put in a 600 watt amplifier for my door speakers, but I need left and right RCA outputs for the inputs. The amp was going to be a PA 660 (Polk Audio 600W Class AB Bridgeable 4Channel MOSFET Amplifier with Switchable Bass Boost PA 660 - Best Buy) (4 channel Polk amp).

My questions were: How do I get this working with only 2 RCA outputs from the head unit? and Would it be worth not buying a whole new head unit and use an RCA splitter (6ft RCA Stereo Audio piggyback Cable | 2 RCA Male + 2 RCA Piggyback)?

You can get an amp that has preouts on it. Run the rca's from the Hu to it and the preouts to the sub amp. Or you can get single male to dual female "y" splitters and run them from the Hu out.

Use the Speaker Level Input harness on the amplifier to work with the front and rear speaker wires off the head unit. Then you just need to buy enough speaker wire to go from the dash to the amplifier 4 times, one time for each speaker. Get some speed wire so you have the 8 wires plus one wire for the remote on lead all contained in one jacket.
