is there a way to tell how much box rise you have?

Say I hook up my DMM to my amp. for example my amp does 1000 watts at 1 ohm. The AC voltage I need to set the gain up to is the square root of 1K which is 31.6. I set my gain with a 40hz tone and it now reads 31.6 ac volts at the amp. Ok so now I play a 25hz tone and it reads 28 ac volts. This is obviously due to box rise. So is there some kind of backwards math that tells me what my impedance is at at 25hz?

It really simply ohms law. You would need to measure the amount of current (with an ac clamp meter.). Voltage multiplied by current equals power. Voltage divided by current equals resistance. If you were say to measure 15.8 amps, 31.6 x15.8 = 499.something. watts. 31.6 ÷15.8= 2 ohms.
